C2Quran Academy tutors can set their own teaching schedule according to the desired time in the academy system.

The academy will assign students based on the tutor's schedule. Therefore, the tutors must meet the schedule that has been filled with students.

The tutors must start class on time and end class on time. Tutors are not allowed to end the class early without the student's consent.

Note:

This is one of the most requested times from students:

● Monday - Friday (8pm - 10pm)

● Saturday & Sunday (8am - 12pm)

The salary rate is based on the number of students and the number of classes conducted that month.

The Academy will provide the salary based on the rate agreed upon by the teaching staff and Connect To Quran Academy.

Salary payments will be made at the beginning of each month through online banking to the tutor's account.

C2Quran Academy tutors must always use the ID provided by the academy to login to Skype. Any use of a private ID is not permitted and must be authorized by the C2Quran academy.

And the tutors must use the official C2Q email to access documents provided by the academy.

C2Quran tutors are prohibited from doing as per below:

• Making personal messages to students via WhatsApp, SMS, etc. without getting approval from the admin. All admin matters—fees, schedules, and so on—that relate to the academy must go through the academy admin only.
• Receive offers from students.
• Make offers to students.
• Taking students who are still studying or quit at C2Quran Academy for the purpose of teaching outside the academy class while the tutor is still in service with C2Quran Academy.

Tutors who intend to quit service at Akademi C2Quran must give 1 month (30 days) notice from the date of the last day of work. This is to prevent student learning from being interrupted. 

Instructors need to prepare and send some items to the academy, as listed below:

1) Update the summary of each student's learning that has been taught by the instructor (please contact the admin to get a student template).

2) Update and check the timesheet for allowance payments. Allowance payments will be made at the beginning of the month.

3) The tutors are not allowed to contact academy students who are still studying after completing their service at C2Quran Academy.

For any violation of the conditions and regulations set, the academy reserves the right to take appropriate action at the discretion of the C2Quran academy.

C2Quran tutors are required to attend weekly training. 

Currently, the training class for ustazah is every Monday from 9pm - 10pm.

While the training class for ustaz is every Friday from 9pm - 10pm. 

The tutors must inform C2Quran admin if you are unable to attend on the day due to a specific matter or emergency.

C2Quran Academy reserves the right to amend the above policy according to the current situation.

1. Can tutors take or teach students at the C2Quran academy after the tutor quits the academy?

Answer: Tutors who have quit C2Quran Academy are not allowed to take C2Quran Academy students who are still studying or have quit. Logically, if a former tutor offers to teach an academy student, it is certain that the student will quit the academy and continue his studies with the former tutor. Former tutors can search for students themselves through ads on Mudah.com.my, Facebook, Instagram, and so on. C2Quran does not have any obstacles if former tutors look for their own students. This is because C2Quran spends thousands of ringgit on advertising and promoting C2Quran on the internet.

2. Can tutors still join C2Quran after quitting?

Answer: God willing, C2Quran can reconsider the application of prospective tutors who want to return to teaching at the academy.

3. Can the tutor take the student's phone or WhatsApp number directly?

Answer: C2Quran respects the privacy of students and tutors. Therefore, C2Quran does not allow the exchange of phone numbers between students and tutors. Any communication can be done via Skype, or you can ask the admin to WhatsApp the student.

4. Can a tutor come to class late?

Answer: It is very important that you attend the class on time. The admin will consider that you are not showing good responsibility and can affect your payment. If you are late, please inform the admin as soon as possible.

5. Does C2Quran provide a teaching schedule?

Answer: C2Quran will provide a teaching schedule for tutors. You need to know which students will attend classes on what days and times.

6. Is the tutor allowed to take leave?

Answer: Tutors are allowed to take leave. You need to inform the admin in advance. If the leave is for a long period of time, you need to inform the admin a month earlier. C2Quran will try to find a replacement teacher for your students.

7. How can the tutor cancel or stop teaching the student?

Answer: Tutors who want to cancel the teaching of students must inform the admin at least 1 month (30 days) before the teaching session ends.
