STUDENT POLICY
Payment of Fees on the 1st of each month, All tuition fees will be paid on the 1st of each month. However, the C2Quran academy gives a period of 7 days (overdue). During that period, students can still continue classes until the 7th of each month.
Students are allowed to cancel the class and need to inform the admin that is 24 hours before the class starts. Any class cancellation less than 24 hours is not allowed and full class fee is charged. If the student has canceled the class, the student will be given a replacement class and the replacement class must be completed in that month and cannot be carried over to the next month and beyond.
Students are allowed to change class slots and need to inform the admin. Converting a class to a new slot is dependent on an empty class slot.
Replacement classes must be done within the same month only.
Students need to inform the admin or Ustaz or Ustazah to replace the class. We will provide a suitable slot based on the vacancy in the ustazah / ustaz schedule.
Students are not allowed to replace the classes to the next month. The Academy reserves the right to charge full fee for classes that are not replaced that month. Classes that are not replaced during that month are considered cancelled and the fee cannot be reclaimed.
Students are allowed to withdraw from the C2Quran Academy program.
Students need to inform the admin, Ustaz, or Ustazah 24 hours before class starts.
Any withdrawal less than 24 hours later is not permitted, and the full class fee will be charged.
It is not allowed to postpone classes for more than three consecutive class sessions. The academy reserves the right to charge the full fee for the postponed class.
Class postponement due to an accident or any emergency must be notified immediately to the admin, Ustaz, or Ustazah.
Meanwhile, due to the postponement of classes due to menstruation, women can follow the guidelines set by the mufti, which are to be allowed to read the Quran when intending to learn the Quran:
Fee refunds can occur due to factors accepted by the academy only. The Academy will refund the class fee as follows:
Students need to provide the bank account number to the academy, and then the academy will refund the fee through online banking.
C2Quran Academy reserves the right to amend the above policy according to the current situation.
